Update: 2 Commercial Units, Gartcosh Glasgow

J Smart & Co + Fusion Assets JV

Keenan CDM are providing CDM Consultant Services (Principal Designer) for Phase 2 of this commercial shell units development in Gartcosh Industrial Park Glasgow for Gartcosh Estates LLP, a joint venture between Fusion Assets Ltd and J. Smart & Co. (Contractors) PLC.

This latest phase involves the provision of a further two commercial units and related infrastructure, with Keenan CDM involved since January and noting that Keenan CDM were also involved in the previous Phase 1 project.

Another project completed and H&S File delivered by Keenan CDM in advance handover. Anthony was delighted to drop by the site earlier in the week to view this block of 13 mid-market rent flats and deliver the completed Health & Safety File + Building Manual to Port of Leith Housing Association.
