New Project: 11 Flats for Cullross & Port of Leith HA

Keenan CDM are providing CDM Consultant Services (Principal Designer) for this affordable housing project in Edinburgh for Cullross and Port of Leith Housing Association comprising demolition of an existing single storey shop followed by construction of a four storey block of 11 flats. Update: 2 Commercial Units, Gartcosh Glasgow

J Smart & Co + Fusion Assets JV

Keenan CDM are providing CDM Consultant Services (Principal Designer) for Phase 2 of this commercial shell units development in Gartcosh Industrial Park Glasgow for Gartcosh Estates LLP, a joint venture between Fusion Assets Ltd and J. Smart & Co. (Contractors) PLC.

This latest phase involves the provision of a further two commercial units and related infrastructure, with Keenan CDM involved since January and noting that Keenan CDM were also involved in the previous Phase 1 project.
