This project involves the conversion of Rosedene House (Category B Listed) in Inverness into 10 high quality serviced apartments.
In this instance Keenan CDM are providing a specific CDM documentation preparation service for the project Pre Construction Information (PCI) pack and Health & Safety File.

This project is Phase 3 of a multi phase development.
Keenan CDM are providing Principal Designer services for a repeat client on this third and final phase commercial building development within the Inchwood Park development in Bathgate, West Lothian.
This commercial development will provide approx 1,000m2 of space and be split into 4 units.

POLHA Affordable Flats Project Completion & Official Opening
Anthony Keenan was delighted to attend the official opening last week for this affordable flats development in Edinburgh – as reported in today’s Scottish Housing News article. This was a great project to be involved with for Port of Leith Housing Association in Edinburgh and all attending were impressed with the quality and the stunning views from upper flats .
Thanks to thorough and swift assistance from the contractor’s team at J Smart & Co, Keenan CDM were able to deliver the project Health & Safety File and Building Manual, in both electronic & paper format, on the day before this opening event to POLHA which was within a week of project completion on site.
New Project: Retirement Housing, Kinross
Delighted for Keenan CDM to be involved in this high quality retirement living development.
This project involves the provision of 33 Nr 1-2 storey houses, 8 Nr affordable cottage flats and a community lounge, built to meet the needs of the retirement market.
The project will also include the advance demolition and site clearance of the former Windlestrae Hotel buildings.
