Coronavirus/Covid-19: Still Open for Business

KEENAN CDM – OPEN FOR BUSINESS

With the Coronavirus/Covid-19 situation ongoing and the lockdown continuing, I would like to remind all clients and potential clients that Keenan CDM remain open for business throughout this pandemic.

During the lockdown all in-house office work is continuing as normal, on both existing and new projects, with actions being carried out, deadlines being met and CDM consultant services continuing on all projects.

Video conferencing, as well as the usual email and telephone contact is being utilised to ensure effective communications are maintained on both individual and project team basis.

If you have any CDM service requirements or questions during this time, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

COVID19 UK CLC Site Operating Procedures V3 (Dated 14 APR 2020)
The construction Leadership Forum (CLC) official Site Operating Procedures (SOP) for construction sites which remain operational during the Coronavirus Covid-19 pandemic and need to ensure they are protecting their workforce and minimising the risk of spread of infection. This appears to be the main guidance being followed at present by operational sites in preparing their site processes and procedures.

On 18th May the Construction Leadership Council (CLC) published updated guidance via Version 4 for construction sites which remain operational, for whatever valid reason, during the Coronavirus Covid-19 pandemic need to ensure they are protecting their workforce and minimising the risk of spread of infection.

Construction Scotland have issued their guidance (based on the CLC’s Covid19 Site Operating Procedures) for essential works construction sites which remain operational during the Coronavirus Covid-19 pandemic and need to ensure they are protecting their workforce and minimising the risk of spread of infection.

Coronavirus: Face-to-face meetings suspended until further notice

FACE-TO-FACE MEETINGS ANNOUNCEMENT

In light of the escalating coronavirus COVID-19 situation, government advice and similar measures being taken by other companies, Keenan CDM will not be attending face-to-face/in-person project team meetings until further notice.

Rest assured however that in-house office work will continue as normal, actions will be carried out, deadlines will be met and CDM consultant services will continue to be provided as usual on all projects.

Email, telephone and video conferencing will be utilised as required to ensure effective communications are maintained.
