CDM Services on Two Demolition Projects
Keenan CDM were recently appointed as CDM Adviser / Principal Designer on two separate demolition projects for a regular Client. One being a concrete products manufacturing facility in Kirkcaldy and the other a large wholesale warehouse facility in Edinburgh. One project has now commenced on site and the other due to start next month.

New Project: 38 Residential Units in Aviemore
A local project for Keenan CDM being brought on board to take over CDM Principal Designer services on this residential housing project.
Providing 38 houses and flats on a greenfield site, providing much sought after housing in this beautiful area and the first 9 unit being constructed are designated as affordable housing and are being taken by Albyn Housing Society.

A new and interesting project for Keenan CDM providing limited CDM Principal Designer services (up to site start stage) on a category B listed 18th century castle project in the Scottish Borders to create 11 residential flats via conversion & extension of the existing building.
